We accept all major credit cards/cash for services and Venmo/cash for gratuity.

A valid credit card must be provided to book an appointment. A 50% deposit for all lightening services will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service total once the appointment is completed.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, up to 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file (at the discretion of the stylist) . If a client no shows or cancels after the appointment time has started, 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file is incorrect/expired, the amount must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.

Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

We understand things come up and are willing to work with you; however, our small business exists on appointments and not allowing the time necessary for someone else to book in your place affects our business negatively.

We want you to love your hair! In the case of any adjustments, we ask that you contact us immediately. All adjustments must be completed within 14 days of original appointment date.

Please keep in mind we are in a small space, we ask that guests are kept to a minimum. If you would like a guest to attend your appointment, please let us know ahead of time to ensure we are able to accommodate. We also ask that cell phone conversation be kept to a minimum and speakerphone not be used.
